At our TECH CENTER you can see live demonstrations and process prove out for your “swiss” parts. Our TECH CENTER is stocked with the most popular HANWHA models under power.
We can select the exact machine for your “swiss” turning needs from the full range of HANWHA models ranging from 5 to 11 axes of CNC controlled motion.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
Full training and support for HANWHA “swiss” turn machines comes from our TECH CENTER in Agawam, Massachusetts.
Our “swiss” turn staff has over 40 years of experience with “swiss” and fixed headstock turning for screw machine style parts.
Operator, set-up, and programming classes are conducted on a regular basis at the TECH CENTER. The TECH CENTER offers locally based training and support for “swiss” customers throughout New England.
1st PART RUN-OFF
Included with the purchase of every HANWHA “swiss” turn machine is run-off of you first production part.
Using your first part as a guide, operator, set-up and programming training are also conducted during the run-off.
Because the machine is shipped to you “production ready”, you hit the floor running. This attention to detail makes the installation and start-up on your floor quick and trouble free.

All of the most common replacement parts for HANWHA machines are “in stock” and readily available from HANWHA America. Our factory trained service engineers provide locally based, affordable repair service for the HANWHA “swiss” turn product line.
In addition to repair parts, please contact us for guide bushings, collets, bar feeds and any other “swiss” attachments or accessories.

Along with service and repairs for HANWHA, our service department offers service for NOMURA “swiss” turning machines. Our service engineers have over 20 years experience servicing NOMURA products.
